Our Constitution

(including amendment of 10 September 2007)

This Constitution shall come into force on the date a Certificate of Incorporation is issued by the Western Australia State Office of Corporate Affairs pursuant to Section 9(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act, 1987.

This Constitution came into force on 4 December 2003, being the day a Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Western Australian State Office of Corporate Affairs pursuant to Section 9(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act 1987.
