As you will be aware, LGMA’s Annual State Conference is the leading professional development activity and networking event for officers on the Local Government calendar in WA each year. 

The theme for this years Annual State Conference is “Creating a High Performing Culture: You, Your Team, Your Industry".

In line with the conference theme we have assembled a program of high quality Key Speakers including -

• Dr Ron Cacioppe - Leadership expert presenting on "Creating a High Performing Sustainable Culture through Extraordinary Leadership"

• Jim O'Brien - Police Officer in charge of the Purana Task Force will present on "Getting the most from your Team: Lessons learnt from Purana"

Remember, if your Local Government is a current Corporate Member of LGMA, all elected members are able to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.
